The EASIEST and BEST Vegan French Onion Dip Recipe
Author Chef Summer Storm - garden grub
This vegan French onion dip is ridiculously quick, easy, and delicious. If you've ever made onion dip by combining store-bought French onion soup mix and sour cream, this is a vegan copycat recipe for that!
One12 ounce containerfavorite vegan sour cream(I prefer to use Tofutti's sour cream for this recipe. Keep in mind whatever sour cream you use will affect the taste and texture of this dip!)
Add the NOT-BEEF seasoning cube and about 2 tablespoons of the vegan sour cream into a small bowl. Stir until the seasoning cube is completely dissolved into the sour cream.
Add the rest of the sour cream and the other ingredients into that bowl. Stir until well combined. Let rest for 5 minutes to allow the dried minced onions to soften. Then enjoy it as is, or place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to thicken up! Serve with potato chips.
*SOME QUICK NOTES (Read my tiparooskis, located right below the recipe, for more in-depth notes!)-The dried minced onions will soften in a few minutes, so don't worry, the dip won't have crunchy bits! -The dip will thicken A LOT once it's sat in the fridge for a few hours.-The dip tastes even BETTER the next day!
