
How to Make the Best Vegan Ranch
This ranch recipe is a new go-to one for me! It is incredibly quick and easy to make, and it, of course, tastes delicious. It is perfect for dipping veggies, vegan chicken wings, pizza, or anything your heart desires! I also love using it as a salad dressing. I am obsessed with this vegan ranch recipe, and I am confident you will be too once you give it a try!

Use this vegan ranch as a dip OR as a salad dressing!
This ranch makes for a great salad dressing. I love adding a dash of sriracha into it to create a spicy dressing for southwestern-style salads or taco bowls. However, my favorite way to use the ranch is to dip my BBQ cauliflower wings and veggie sticks. This recipe requires just 7 ingredients and 5 minutes of your time!
I whisk together vegan mayonnaise, pickled jalapeno brine, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and fresh, chopped dill leaves to make this vegan ranch. I love adding in pickled jalapeno brine because it gives the ranch its slight tanginess. It does NOT make the ranch spicy, though, so don’t be scared off! If I want the ranch to be a tad thinner, I will add a tiny bit of water. By adding in a touch of water, I can create the perfect consistency for a salad dressing.

How to Make the Best Vegan Ranch
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp pickled jalapeno brine (This is the liquid from a jar of pickled jalapenos.)
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp water (Skip adding this in if you'd like the ranch to be a tad thicker.)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, remove the stems and throw them away, then finely chop the leaves
Instructions
- Add all of the vegan ranch ingredients into a small mixing bowl.
- Stir the ingredients until completely smooth, making sure the seasonings have dissolved entirely.
